The Role:
As our Director of Operations, reporting to the CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth journey. This position is not just about managing daily operations; it's about steering the company through transformative growth and being a key player in our long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight: Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Collaborate with the CFO to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
HR Management: Lead all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to retention strategies, ensuring a happy and productive workplace.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and implementation.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the company adheres to legal standards and internal policies.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. An MBA is highly valued.
Proven Experience: At least 5 years of operational experience in a leadership role, preferably in the tech or marketing industry.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and implement operational changes effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
