Timbergrove Solutions, an award-winning IBM technology business partner specializing in IBM WebSphere, Maximo and Smarter Cloud software solutions, was recently selected by Houston-based ExtremeTix as strategic partner to help oversee the planning and implementation of improvements to its ticketing software platform. The ultimate goal is to increase the scalability and maintainability of the platform for an overall improved user experience.
ExtremeTix is a software company that offers its clients – including the Shell Houston Open and Wings Over Houston – the means to sell and manage event tickets. Tony DiCamillo, ExtremeTix SVP and General Manager, first approached Timbergrove in need of a comprehensive platform performance assessment. His objective was to enhance and expand the existing infrastructure and virtualize its current environment into the cloud for increased scalability and security.
